Awarded to graduating high school seniors from the city of Moorpark enrolling at an accredited community college or four-year college or university or accredited trade or vocational school. Applicants must be a resident of the city of Moorpark continuously, for the past 24 months. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and have demonstrated good citizenship and the initiative to succeed.
