College Major: Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, and Creative Language Arts

Awarded to graduates of any Ventura County high school who are currently enrolled full-time at an accredited 4-year college, university, or art institution pursuing an undergraduate degree OR applicants who are enrolled in a graduate-level arts program leading to a graduate-level degree in the arts. Preference given to female applicants.
