Awarded to a female high school graduates who are residents of Oxnard, California with a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.5. Preference given to applicants intending to enroll or currently enrolled as a candidate for a business or science degree at an accredited community college, college, or university. Applicants must show school and community involvement.
