Ken Packard Memorial Scholarship Fund

Awarded to Ventura County residents who are graduating high school seniors intending to enroll in an accredited four-year college or university. Applicants must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.50. Preference in the selection process will be given to female applicants who play/played a varsity sport in high school. Applicants must demonstrate participation in community and school activities.
