Awarded to applicants who live in the city of Ventura or Ojai and are enrolling at an accredited college or university, to further their education as a music teacher or performer in music. Applicants must have a demonstrated interest and involvement in music. References/recommendations should be directly related to the applicant’s musical qualifications.
