Carmen Ramirez Legacy Scholarship Fund to Support Public Service

Area of Study: Public Service

Awarded to an applicant who has graduated or will graduate from any Ventura County high school who will enroll or are enrolled at an accredited community college, or public or private four-year college or university. Applicants must be from one of the following cities or unincorporated areas of Ventura County: Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Fillmore, Saticoy, Piru, El Rio, or Del Norte. Applicants must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.0. Applicants must be pursuing a career in public service. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
