Awarded to applicants who reside in, or whose parent(s) or legal guardian(s) reside in the cities of Oak View or Port Hueneme. Applicants may be graduating high school seniors, students enrolled in a community college, students enrolled in a public or private 4-year college/university, or students enrolled in Graduate School (Master’s and Doctoral level degrees). Preference given to applicants who demonstrate financial need, but not required.
