Ken Packard Memorial Scholarship Fund

Awarded to Ventura County residents who are graduating high school seniors intending to enroll in an accredited 4-year college or university. Applicants must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 4.0. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Preference given to first generation college students. Preference given to applicants who participate in a college readiness program. Preference given to past recipients of the Ken Packard Memorial Scholarship. Preference given to female applicants who play/played a varsity sport in high school.
