Awarded to applicants intending to enroll in music related studies at an accredited community college or 4-year college or university. Applicants must live in the Ventura or Ojai area and must have attended a Ventura or Ojai area high school or college. Preference given to previous recipients of the Berenice Barnard Music Education Scholarship Fund.
