Awarded to Ventura County residents who are high school seniors eligible for graduation. Preference given to applicants who are graduating from Channel Islands High School. Applicants must have a minimum of 3.5 unweighted GPA and intend to enroll at an accredited community college or 4-year university and major in Civics, Government, Political Science, or plan to become a teacher.
