Brian Patrick Gialketsis Memorial Scholarship Fund

Awarded to Ventura County residents who are graduating high school seniors who will enroll or are enrolled at an accredited community college; vocational, trade, or technical school; or a public or private 4-year college or university. Preference in the selection process will be given to LGBTQ applicants and applicants of color. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.

Required Essay: Brian Patrick Gialketsis was a passionate environmental justice advocate who fought hard for equitable access to a healthy environment and the ideals of intersectional environmentalism.
