Awarded to graduating high school seniors from high schools in Ventura County who intend to enroll in an accredited community college or public or private college or university. Applicants must have minimum 2.5 unweighted GPA. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Applicants must demonstrate community involvement, leadership, and/or work history.
