Awarded to female applicants who are graduating or have graduated from Ventura High School (Ventura, CA). Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA. Applicants must enroll full time pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited 4-year college or university or a community college student transferring to a 4-year college or university. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Applicants must show school activities, work experience, and community service involvement.
