Eloise Vinton Memorial Scholarship Fund

Awarded to a graduating high school senior from any Ventura County high school who will enroll in an accredited 4-year college or university or community college. Applicants must have an unweighted GPA between 3.0 and 3.5. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Applicants must be a former participant of the English Language Learner Program. Preference given yo applicants who participated in a Migrant Education Program. Preference given to applicants whose parent(s) are farmworkers.
