Awarded to graduating high school seniors from Camarillo High School, Rancho Campana High School, Rio Mesa High School, ACE Charter High School, Hueneme High School, or a Vocational/Re-Entry student. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Preference given to members of Rotary Interact student club.
