Awarded to graduating high school seniors from Channel Islands High School, Pacifica High School, and Hueneme High School who will enroll in an accredited 4-year college or university. Applicants must be participants in Assembly Bill 540 (Dreamer’s Act). Applicants must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.5. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Preference given to applicants from the following ZIP Codes: 93030, 93033.
