AUTOMATCH OPPORTUNITY: If you meet the qualifications listed, and you submit the general application, you will automatically be considered for this scholarship.

Awarded to Ventura County residents who are graduating high school seniors from public high schools in Ventura County who are visually impaired, physically impaired, or otherwise disabled. Applicants must have an Individualized Education Plan/Program (IEP) and complete high school in accordance with the requirements of their IEP by receiving a high school diploma, an equivalency certificate, or otherwise demonstrate high school proficiency per state requirements. Applicants may intend to enroll in an accredited community college, 4-year college or university, or a vocational/trade/technical school. Preference given to applicants who demonstrate financial need.

Award amounts: $10,000 for 4-year college or university, $1000 for community college or vocational/trade/technical schools. Award amounts will be based on the academic status selected in the general application. If the applicant submits proof of enrollment for a lower academic status level than selected in the general application, the award amount will be decreased.
