College major: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)

Awarded to Ventura County residents who are graduating from high schools in Ventura County or are transferring from a community college to a 4-year college or university or are currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA. Applicants must intend to enroll in an accredited 4-year college or university. Applicants must be majoring in a STEM major. Preference given to applicants majoring in Engineering. Preference given to applicants who participated in the FIRST Robotics Program. Preference given to applicants who participate in Mock Trial. Preference given to previous recipients of the Noah DeVico Memorial Scholarship.
