Awarded to a high school senior eligible for graduation from a high school in Ventura County. Applicants must have a minimum 2.8 unweighted GPA. Applicants must enroll as a candidate for a degree from one of the following accredited institutions: Moorpark College, Ventura College, Oxnard College, or California State University Channel Islands. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Awardee must be a full time student carrying a minimum of 12 units.
