Awarded to Ventura County residents who will attend or are attending a community college, 4-year college or university, or are in graduate school at a Ventura County Institution including California State University Channel Islands, California Lutheran University, Moorpark College, Oxnard College, or Ventura College. Applicants must be majoring in education or an education related field. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Preference given to female applicants.
