Awarded to Ventura County residents who are graduating or have graduated from a Ventura County high school who will enroll or are enrolled in a four-year college or university for health care related field. Applicants must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Preference given to female applicants. Preference given to Latino/Latina applicants. Preference given to applicants who are bilingual. Preference given to applicants who are first generation college students.
